Yes. The same balance can be used across text-to-video, image-to-video, and reference-to-video workflows. Exact usage depends on model, duration, resolution, reference inputs, and settings.
6 When do credits expire, and what happens if a failed task is refunded after that window?
Paid credits follow the validity shown on the plan. If a paid task fails, restored credits keep the remaining validity they had when spent.
7 How do video credit costs change?
The task cost is shown before generation. It changes with the selected model, duration, resolution, reference inputs, and video settings you choose.
8 Do prompt translation and auto-optimize consume credits?
Yes. Translate to English costs 1 credit per successful request, and Auto-optimize costs 2 credits per successful request. If no usable result is returned, we do not deduct credits for that attempt.
9 Can I cancel a subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the current paid period unless a refund is separately approved under the refund policy or required by law.
